What it does

- Tenants and roles
- Multi-tenant by design. Tenant admins connect their own Pages and provision operators. Operators see only their tenant's conversations.

- Iframe entry at widget.messengerapp.ge, postMessage handshake with the host CRM. No SDK to install.
- Encrypted tokens
- Page access tokens are encrypted at rest. Internal service-to-service calls are HMAC-signed.
